Crow Industries is a defense tech company building Fenris: an unmanned ground vehicle that carries up to 1,000 lbs of payload through contested, GPS-denied environments, keeping humans out of harm’s way.

I came in and revamped how the brand shows up: the website end-to-end, the decks and documents that go in front of investors and defense partners, and assets used at events through AI generated imagery and video pipelines that put Fenris in environments that camera crews couldn’t normally reach.

The Problem

Fenris needed to be seen on the field: different terrains, payloads, and missions, but we lacked the imagery and video needed to make an editorial level website and brand showing the actual product.

The imagery and video needed to be generated and had to match the real machine exactly but standard models didn’t cut it. The vehicle would come out looking completely different than the actual design. That’s when I decided to use LoRA models to encapsulate the product exactly into a model that could be used over and over with 1:1 accuracy.

Pipeline for AI generated imagery and video

Here’s some of the high-quality imagery and video I produced for Crow Industries that was used across the website, decks, and print assets:

Fenris V2 with a mounted turret rolling through a ruined city street at dusk, headlights cutting through the haze.

For the website, I went with a larger-than-life display of cinematic visuals that paint a picture of the product and its capabilities in the defense, mining, and space sectors.

Two Defense pages of the Crow Industries site side by side: the Fenris hero, “The Ultimate Battlefield Assistant”, and the logistics, counter-UAS, medical evacuation and command-and-control sections.
Two Mining pages of the Crow Industries site: “Redefining Resource Extraction on Earth”, the fleet control room, precision surveying, extreme environment access, and the demo call-to-action.
Two Space pages of the Crow Industries site: “Pioneering Humanity’s Future Beyond Earth”, a Fenris fleet on the lunar surface, resource extraction, logistics, and off-world operations.

Print work delivered: Briefing documents presented to governments, product catalogs sent to potential buyers, and banners for the convention floor. All derived from the same generated pipeline of imagery, upscaled for print.

Crow Industries government briefing document: the Luxembourg NATO defense-investment cover with Fenris beneath state flags, and the open spread with specifications, customers, and the Israel partnership page.
Crow Industries product catalog spreads: Fenris Kinetic (The Breacher) and Fenris Guardian (The Squadmate) pages with mission profiles and operational specs, beside the photo-led cover.
Three Crow Industries roll-up banners in a marble lobby: Fenris units in desert, Mars-colony, and ruined-city scenes, each with the Crow logotype and website URL.
